Credits are the currency of www.islive.be. You buy them in bundles; the bigger the bundle, the lower the price per minute.

Pick a model and start
Open a profile and choose what you want: watch along first, a one-on-one chat, or a private VIP session. Your balance is always visible at the top.

Credits: the currency
Everything is paid for in credits. Chatting and watching are charged per minute; tips and toy tips per action. Your balance sits in the top bar and you get a warning well before it runs out.
Per minute, not per month
There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The moment you open a paid chat the meter starts; close it and the meter stops.
The price is under the button
Every button on a profile shows the rate, for example 60 credits per minute. Watching, chatting and 1-on-1 each have their own rate.
Bigger bundle, lower minute price
Larger bundles come with bonus minutes. The checkout screen shows minutes, free minutes and the total.
Nothing renews automatically
You buy a bundle whenever you feel like it. You are never charged again, and you can have your account deleted at any time.

The video fills your screen and the controls sit around it: buttons on the left, chat on the right. Nothing to install; it all works in your browser, on your phone just as well as on your laptop.

Cam back
Want her to see you too? Turn on your own camera with the “your camera” button. Your browser asks for permission first; you decide whether to share video, video and sound, or nothing at all. Switch it off whenever you like.

Control her toy
When she switches her toy on it shows up in the chat and the row of toy tips is ready at the bottom. You choose how long it buzzes — from 2 seconds to 50 — and every button shows what that costs. She feels it instantly.

Tipping
Next to the chat sits the Tips tab. There you pick one of the preset amounts, or look at her tip menu: it lists what each action costs. You tip the amount and she does it. It comes off your balance once, not per minute.

Sound on and off
Sound starts muted — you also see that as a notice in the chat. One tap on the button at the left and you hear her; tap again and it is quiet.
Clear the view
The eye on the left takes the controls and the chat away so only the video is left. Tap again and everything comes back.
Favourite and alerts
Above the chat sit a heart and a bell: save her as a favourite and get a notification the moment she is live again.
Typing in the chat
A message can be up to 250 characters — it keeps the conversation flowing. Emoji are welcome.
Stopping
Close at the top right ends the session and the meter stops immediately. You can come back right away.

Not online, or want to set something up calmly? That is what the message box is for.
Sending a message
Send a private message to any model, even when she is offline. She reads it the moment she logs back in and can reply. That way you can plan a moment that suits you both.
Photos and videos
Every profile has albums of photos and videos. Some albums are free to browse, others you unlock in one go with credits — you always buy the whole album, never individual files. You see the price before you click.
Unread messages
New messages show as a counter on the envelope in the top bar. Inside your inbox you can search and filter on unread.
Everything in one place
Every conversation stays in your inbox, so you never have to start over or go looking for something.

Tap the heart to save someone. The ones who are online are pushed to the top automatically.

Each profile shows a schedule of her usual hours per day.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is a credit?
A credit is the platform’s unit of account. Chatting and watching cost a set number of credits per minute; tips and toy tips cost a fixed amount per action. So you only pay for what you use.
Do my credits expire?
No. Any credits you don’t use stay on your account until you do.
Am I tied into anything?
No. There is no subscription and nothing is ever charged automatically. You buy a bundle whenever you want to.
Can I pay anonymously?
Yes. With Paysafecard or by paying over the phone you can top up without a credit card and without your bank details being tied to an order.
Can I look before I start chatting?
Yes, by watching along. You see and hear her live without appearing on camera or typing. If you want to talk to her afterwards, one click takes you into the chat.
Can she see me too?
Only if you switch it on yourself. Your camera is off by default; “your camera” grants permission, and turning it off again is just as easy.
Does she see my real name?
No. In chat you appear under your username, which you choose yourself when you create your account. Your real name, your email address and your payment details are never shared with the models. Want a different username? You can change it in your account settings.
Do I need to install anything for the toy or the camera?
No. It all runs in your browser. Your browser will ask once for camera permission; the toy is controlled with the buttons in the chat.
What happens if my credits run out mid-chat?
You get a low-balance warning first so you can top up in time without the conversation being cut off. If they do run out, the session ends cleanly and you can pick it up again afterwards.
What is the difference between a standard chat and a 1-on-1 private session?
In a normal chat other visitors can chat with her too. In a VIP session that is ruled out: she talks to you and nobody else, and all of her attention is yours. In return the rate is higher — 240 credits per minute against 60 credits for a standard chat.
Can I see when a model is online?
Yes. Turn on the bell on her profile for a notification, or check the schedule on her profile showing her usual hours.
How do I delete my account?
At any time, through your account settings or by contacting support. Your data is then removed in line with our privacy policy.
